Johnson & Wales University's College of Culinary Arts has provided outstanding culinary arts training since 1973. As the first school of its kind to receive accreditation from the American Dietetic Association, we continue to set the standard for culinary education and excellence. Today, we offer a wide array of culinary majors and have educated chefs who have become leaders in their field.

In a city without traditional constraints of classic European cuisine, Denver chefs are creating exciting and modern dishes using flavors from Mexico, Brazil and Asia for a "New World Cuisine." Our campus is conveniently located nearby to Aspen and Vail — both meccas for the culinary arts who play host to some of the country's most popular food and wine festivals.
